 Finalists from Project of the Year, New Home Custom & Production Built will automatically entered into the People's Choice Award. SCHBA members and the public are welcome to vote for the SCHBA People's Choice winner once finalists are announced in March.

How it works:

• Once judging is complete and finalist are announced a link will be placed on the SCHBA website for SCHBA members and the public to vote. It is asked that each person only votes once.
• Submitters are not required to apply, submit, or pay for People's Choice as it is based on if they become a finalist in one of the categories listed above.
• Voting will open once finalists are released.
